How to Workout & Lose Weight According to Your Body Shape

The body shape of every women is quite different from each other. In this video we are telling you how to work out according to your body shape.Some women's  have straight body type some have spoon body type some have oval body type etc. you should do exercises according to your body otherwise doing exercise is worthless and wastage of time.the exercise for every body shape is different.There are 8 types of body A frame,V frame, H frame,Rural frame, 8 frame, oval frame.
 A frames carry extra weight in the lower region of the body especially the hips,thighs and bum, while your waist and bust are small
Exercises for A frame body type
Focus on cardio to get rid of extra lower body weight.Keep resistance tanning to moderate level in high reps,between 12-15 reps.
B frame
UPPER BODY
Rowing is a good cardio workout.For resistance training,focus on basic weight tranning such as push-ups,dips assisted pull-ups in high reps.
LOWER BODY
Focus on quality thigh training to increase the size of your legs.Moderate to heavy weights and lower reps between 6 and 8
