1)LIP PRIMER

First of all use lip primer.please do not forget to use lip primer .rub the lip primer on your lipsfor a perfect lip make up start.your lips stays glossy and shine if you use lip prime before starting the makeup.

2)CONCEAL LINES

After you use prime liner now you have to conceal the lines around your lips.conceal makes your lips like similar and no line around your lips.

3)USE LIP LINER

Now the next step is the lip liner.Lip liner makes your lips look amazing and faboules .Just make a outline outside of your lips.Your lips will looker bigger this will give your lipa volume.Use the colour which match with your lipstick color.

4)APPLY LIPSTICK

After applying lip liner then you have to apply lipstick. If you are wearing a casual dress then you should choose pop color and if are going to a night party then you should apply a bright color lipstick.Your lips will shine if you apply a shimmer based lipstick.

 5)LIP GLOSS FOR SHINE

Use a shinny lip gloss.this will make your lips glossy and pretty and your lips will shine all the time.
